Simplicity Tip #10
How many phone numbers and email addresses do you have? Do they all feed into one place? How do people know how to actually reach you?
I have a business card from someone I met at a networking event that has 4 phone numbers, a fax number, a web site, and 2 email addresses. That is just the front side. There was more on the back.
How much time do you want your customers to spend hunting you down? By offering them just your preferred method of contact, you have already started the process off right.
How much time do you want to spend logging into different spots and accessing different voice mail boxes? What a waste of time.
I highly recommend just one phone number. And keep the email to just a couple, an always accessible, a personal and a business.
Think of all the brain space you can free up not having to remember all the numbers and passwords!
